Estimates and offers
Online estimates are provisional until the item is inspected. Repair work begins only after the agreed estimate is approved. Any gold-buying offer is made after the item has been assessed in person.
Watch descriptions
Condition, specifications and availability are described in good faith. Please call before making a special journey for a particular watch.
Delivery and returns
Delivery options, insurance and collection arrangements are confirmed at checkout. Statutory consumer rights apply. Personalised work and completed repairs may have different cancellation rights.
